Job Description:

Buzzworks is entering an exciting new phase of growth. With refurbishments, fit-outs and room developments underway across our estate and further expansion planned we are now looking for a highly organised and commercially aware Project Coordinator to support the delivery of these projects. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the spaces that define the Buzzworks experience, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and in line with our brand standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support refurbishment and fit-out projects from planning to handover
  • Coordinate timelines, track milestones and flag risks early
  • Maintain project trackers, action logs and progress updates
  • Manage quotes, lead times and tender comparisons
  • Ensure required documentation (insurance, RAMS, certifications) is in place
  • Monitor contractor performance and snagging completion
  • Source and purchase FF&E, fixtures and small wares
  • Raise and track purchase orders in line with company procedures
  • Monitor budgets, identify variances and coordinate site deliveries
  • Maintain accurate documentation and cost reporting
  • Support compliance and project close-out
  • Ensure refurbishments align with Buzzworks brand and operational standards

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Project Coordinator (ideally within hospitality, hotels or leisure)
  • Strong procurement and purchasing experience
  • Experience supporting refurbishments or fit-out projects
  • Confident managing contractors and suppliers
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in live hospitality environments
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and back-of-house requirements
  • Familiarity with FF&E purchasing
  • Experience using project management or procurement systems
