Job Description:

For our client – worldwide leader in innovative IT and networking technologies – we are currently looking for a Project and Operations Support (Data Analyst). We are looking for an individual that is keen to support the customer, partner and the company’s Sales Teams and ensure the seamless operations of the Frame Contract, working with established tools like CCW, SFDC, etc. and dedicated IT tools. The individual must be able to ‘look beyond the brief’ to not just meet requirements.

Job Responsibility:

Deal support for Sales and Fulfillment Partner using Sales operations tools: a. Manual intervention in partner deals within the company’s tools, where RNSD is failing due to changes within Global price list, e.g. discount correction, deal submission, deal follow-up with approvers, communication back to partner
b. Manual intervention in partner deals if there is no RNSD in place: discount correction, deal submission, deal follow-up with approvers, communication back to partner and sales teams
c. Recurring activity if the partner reopens previously approved deal
Dispatch of Unique ID using Frame Contract IT-Tools for offer request
Offer sign-off for frame contracts using Frame Contract IT-Tools
Ensure documentation of contract relevant documents
Prepare price lists using the company’s tools and Excel
Support the sales team with ad hoc reporting requests / needed transparency to drive towards our common success
Focus on supporting our journey to an optimized frame contract execution to drive simplicity & efficiency in our set up processes

Requirements:

German language (spoken and written)
Problem solving mindset
Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
Eager to learn and adapt in a non-standard changing environment
Advanced Microsoft Excel
Advances MS Office Skills
Preferably experience in working with Cisco tools for sales operations and deal support (especially CCW, SFDC, ..)

Nice to have:

Knowledge of internal Cisco Sales data systems and processes (e.g. CCW ,SFDC, CR,….)
Experience data visualisation tools such as Tableau and Qlik
