We're looking for a confident and driven Analyst to join us on a 6-month basis to support with a key project. Utilising your excellent Excel skills, you'll work closely with our Commercial Finance and Buying teams to support with data analysis and auditing.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate closely with Commercial Finance teams and Buying teams to: Analyse and validate supplier funding arrangements
Review and audit supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
Maintain and manage SharePoint repositories, ensuring data is accurate, organised, and up to date
Provide support across finance and buying functions through effective stakeholder engagement
Assist in identifying discrepancies, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with internal controls
Requirements:
Advanced Excel skills (essential), including data analysis and reconciliation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams (buyers, assistants, finance teams)
Desirable: Exposure to or experience in project management
