Project Analyst Planner, Hotel Refurbishment

• Attend dry-docks to provide onsite support with inspections, documentation, scheduling, communications, owner supply items, and others in order to streamline overall workflow and ensure project managers can focus on project delivery
• Collect, analyze and distribute cost and schedule variance metrics for reporting
• Enter purchase requisitions and follows up on purchase orders, approval process and timely payments to vendors that includes invoice processing, coding and reconciliation
• Develop accurate reporting and analytical tools for fleet wide studies to support lifecycle project justifications
• Conduct general planning, pre-project analysis of requirements
• Work with vendors to review and communicate requirements and changes to business processes
• Create visual materials for presentations to business sponsors and internal clients in regard to Dry Dock preparation, construction updates, and other shipboard / shoreside communications relating to hotel refurbishment projects
• Prepare submittals for Lloyds /USCG to obtain approval on projects, tracks and ensures all proper documentation is received and stored correctly
• Supports Project Managers on request for ship modification process

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer, Architecture or relevant experience
• 2 years of experience in similar capacity
• Project Management experience with large projects or events
• Superior knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Reader XI
• Analytical skills, ability to translate

Previous experience with managing ongoing vessel operations a plus
