Job Responsibility
Support D365 Project Operations setup, system coordination, and reporting across multiple major initiatives
Track resource allocations, supporting capacity planning, and ensuring data accuracy
Act as a key bridge, providing clear, structured updates to project teams and leadership while managing timelines and dependencies across stakeholders
Maintain and elevate project trackers, documentation, and dashboards to keep everyone aligned
Requirements
Experience: 1–3 years in a PMO, project coordination, or analyst role
Tech Skills: Comfortable navigating D365 Project Operations, entering data, maintaining systems, and building basic Power BI reports
Mindset: Proactive, organized, dependable, and a fast learner
Experience: Advanced background in enterprise PMO environments
Tech Skills: Deep mastery of D365 Project Operations, plus the ability to create advanced Power BI dashboards and leverage Power Automate to eliminate manual handoffs and streamline workflows
Excellent Communication: You must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You are confident, proactive, and capable of engaging professionally with end-clients, vendors, and senior executives
