Our client is looking for a dynamic and organized Project Administrator to join their growing Markham office. Job Responsibility:
Order Management: Create and place orders into the ERP system, gathering all necessary administrative documents to open files
Production & Logistics: Submit equipment orders for production, verify customer credit, and ensure production timelines align with project deadlines
Client Coordination: Communicate with clients to collect relevant information and coordinate deliveries from factories to job sites via transport companies
Financial Administration: Handle project invoicing, liaise with the Accounting department for billing follow-ups, and ensure supplier invoices are accurate and entered into the ERP system
Customer Service: Provide high-quality service throughout the duration of every project
Requirements:
DEP or Diploma in office administration, business, or a related field
1 to 3 years of experience in a Project Administrator or similar administrative position
Ability to work full-time (37.5 hours per week) in Markham
High level of autonomy and a proven track record of meeting strict deadlines
Bilingualism
excellent command of both French and English (spoken and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Understanding of basic accounting principles including billing, inventory, and payables
A strong passion and drive for excellence in customer service
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make informed decisions
Ability to adapt quickly in a changing business administration environment
Nice to have:
