As a Project Administrator, you will act as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, complaints, and queries, booking in works and processing paperwork. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about ensuring customers have a great experience and are eager to develop new skills.
Job Responsibility:
Providing customers with a friendly, helpful and positive experience
overseeing customer orders, ensuring orders are delivered within the agreed time frame, while always keeping customers informed
answering any queries that customers may have
coordinating delivery times
keeping customer details up to date on internal systems
escalating any complex issues to the Services Manager and assisting to resolve these
working as a team to find solutions to any challenges that rise
working cross-functionally with the warehouse and production teams
maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships
