You'll act as the organisational backbone for several ongoing projects, ensuring plans are executed smoothly and teams are aligned. This is more than just admin - you'll be central to communication, coordination, and delivery across the project lifecycle.
Job Responsibility:
Monitoring project progress and ensuring timelines and milestones are on track
Forecasting labour requirements and sharing updates with operational teams
Acting as a hub for project updates, facilitating clear communication across departments
Logging scope changes, updates, and approvals accurately
Maintaining structured project records, compliance files, and documentation
Supporting internal reporting and presenting key information to project managers
Assisting with setup and maintenance of project systems (e.g., EVision)
Tracking purchase orders, sales confirmations, and operational documentation
Helping with handovers and Practical Completion communications
Supporting project mobilisation and close-out activities
Contributing ideas to improve processes, workflows, and project visibility
Requirements:
Previous experience in administration, project support, or programme coordination
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
Confident communicator, comfortable collaborating with multiple teams
Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience in engineering, construction, utilities, or technical services is a plus, but not essential
