Project Administrator

• Monitoring project progress and ensuring timelines and milestones are on track
• Forecasting labour requirements and sharing updates with operational teams
• Acting as a hub for project updates, facilitating clear communication across departments
• Logging scope changes, updates, and approvals accurately
• Maintaining structured project records, compliance files, and documentation
• Supporting internal reporting and presenting key information to project managers
• Assisting with setup and maintenance of project systems (e.g., EVision)
• Tracking purchase orders, sales confirmations, and operational documentation
• Helping with handovers and Practical Completion communications
• Supporting project mobilisation and close-out activities
• Contributing ideas to improve processes, workflows, and project visibility

• Previous experience in administration, project support, or programme coordination
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator, comfortable collaborating with multiple teams
• Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience in engineering, construction, utilities, or technical services is a plus, but not essential
