Job Description:

The Project Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within the bank’s Project Management Office. This position is responsible for administrative tasks, coordination of project activities, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in the planning and scheduling of project activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives
  • Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and other project-related events. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute action items as necessary
  • Monitor project progress and timelines, identifying and escalating issues or risks to the Project Manager for timely resolution
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and change requests
  • Prepare and distribute regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, milestones achieved, and upcoming activities
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and stored appropriately for easy access and retrieval
  • Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and vendors as directed by the Project Manager
  • Assist in preparing communication materials, presentations, and updates for project stakeholders
  • Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are addressed throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support quality assurance activities by assisting in the implementation of project quality standards and processes
  • Participate in project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement and best practices
