Our client is looking for a Project Administrator. This position is onsite located in Deerfield Beach, FL. Salary: $50,000 - $60,000. Responsibilities: Coordinate property inspections and condition assessments, partnering with internal teams and external vendors. Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, property managers, and service providers to ensure timely resolution of maintenance and operational issues. Manage inspection schedules, gather reports, track findings related to property conditions, capital projects, and deferred maintenance. Maintain accurate records of repair requirements, cost estimates, and vendor recommendations within internal systems. Support the preparation of internal reports summarizing inspection outcomes and recommended actions. Create and oversee work orders based on tenant requests, site visits, and technician input. Communicate with tenants regarding maintenance updates, scheduling, and lease-related responsibilities. Keep operational records up to date, including billing logs, property condition reports, and vendor compliance documentation. Required Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in property management, real estate operations, or a related administrative/project coordination role. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Confident working with tenants, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with property management systems is a plus. Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
