Project Administrator

• Assisting in preparing estimates for new projects by analysing plans and specifications
• Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to gather quotes and pricing information
• Maintaining organised records of estimates, proposals, and project documentation
• Collaborating with project managers to track project progress and deadlines
• Helping to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the production team
• Contributing to team meetings with fresh ideas and insights to enhance our operations

• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• A genuine passion for the construction or production industry
