We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support construction projects in Boise, Idaho. This long-term contract position involves assisting with project management tasks, ensuring timelines are met, and coordinating various aspects of construction scheduling. Job Responsibility:
Assist in managing project timelines and tracking progress to ensure deadlines are achieved
Coordinate construction project schedules, including master scheduling and task prioritization
Prepare and organize proposal documents, bid packages, and related materials
Collaborate with stakeholders to support project planning and execution
Maintain accurate records and documentation through scanning and digital organization
Utilize Sage 300 and Microsoft Outlook to manage project information and communications
Ensure compliance with project requirements and standards
Facilitate communication between project teams and external vendors
Monitor project milestones and address potential challenges proactively
Requirements:
Proven experience in project management or project administration, particularly in construction
Proficiency with Sage 300 and Microsoft Outlook
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to prepare detailed proposals, bid documents, and packages
Familiarity with construction scheduling and master scheduling techniques
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in document handling
Ability to adapt and multitask in a dynamic work environment
