Job Responsibility

  • Assist in managing project timelines and tracking progress to ensure deadlines are achieved
  • Coordinate construction project schedules, including master scheduling and task prioritization
  • Prepare and organize proposal documents, bid packages, and related materials
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support project planning and execution
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation through scanning and digital organization
  • Utilize Sage 300 and Microsoft Outlook to manage project information and communications
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements and standards
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and external vendors
  • Monitor project milestones and address potential challenges proactively

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management or project administration, particularly in construction
  • Proficiency with Sage 300 and Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to prepare detailed proposals, bid documents, and packages
  • Familiarity with construction scheduling and master scheduling techniques
