Job Responsibility:
Managing logistics to ensure timely delivery and collection of materials
Recruiting participants for studies from our owned respondent panel
Setting up and maintaining accurate project task systems
Performing quality control processes
Contributing to project briefings
Keeping stakeholders updated throughout the project duration
Handling project onboarding tasks
Collaborating with internal and external teams
Participating in fieldwork duties
Carrying out general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
A collaborative spirit and a 'can do' attitude
Strong planning and organising skills
Outstanding communication and customer relationship skills
Great attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy.
