Dornan are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work on our data centre just outside of Dublin. Dornan - a Turner company, are a leading Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation contractor with projects in Ireland, Mainland Europe, the Nordics and the UK. Dornan are involved in projects across many sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, Healthcare, Education, Commercial, and Power Generation. Job Responsibility:
Acting as the main point of contact for incoming IT equipment required on site
Raising IT tickets with IT on server access, project email group
Print off and maintenance of all hard copy files on the project
Be familiar with purchasing systems for raising Purchase Orders, registering invoices and goods receipting
Ordering Drawings, filing them and putting away onto drawing sticks
Updating Org charts
Order of office stationery supplies, consumables, and similar
When office supplies are delivered making sure they are checked and put away accordingly
Raising site orders of PPE/making sure they are cross checked when they arrive and putting them away
Processing GRN's
Timesheets
Daily Clock in Report
Scanning & Filing of QSO's Packs and similar
Scanning & Filing Delivery Notes and send to accounts
Inductions
Proactively manage meeting room allocation
Booking in deliveries
Effectively following company's standard operating procedures in submissions of documents, keeping document issue deadlines
Requirements:
