FinXL is seeking a Project Administrator to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Hospital client on a key transformation engagement.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the primary liaison for hospital staff regarding the Windows 11 rollout
Use internal IT systems to log, categorise, and track service requests
Assist in the planning and scheduling of device upgrades across departments
Communicate effectively with medical staff to manage rollout expectations
Maintain accurate records of completed upgrades and recurring issues
Provide general administrative support and data entry for the project team
Requirements:
Essential experience working within a hospital or clinical environment
Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role
Ability to manage high volumes of emails and telephone enquiries
High level of comfort using digital systems to log and manage data
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Patient and professional manner when dealing with stakeholders
Reliability to commit to a 6:00 AM start time
