Job Responsibility

  • Providing administrative support to the wider projects and operations team
  • Coordinating schedules, diaries, and workloads to ensure smooth delivery of projects
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams, clients, and suppliers
  • Managing project documentation, updating systems, and maintaining accurate records
  • Handling incoming calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Assisting with reporting, job tracking, and general office administration
  • Supporting with invoicing and documentation where required
  • Proactively identifying issues and helping to keep projects on track

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a busy administrative or project support role
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to use your own initiative
  • Strong communication skills - confident liaising with a variety of stakeholders
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A team player with a positive and flexible approach
