A leading force in the Energy and Utilities sector, is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to support a critical delivery team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys a mix of financial administration, logistics, and high-level document control within a large-scale commercial environment.
Job Responsibility:
Facilitate the full project life cycle, from setting up document control structures to managing close-out activities and archiving
Manage data within ERP systems, oversee corporate card reconciliations, and assist with monthly contract claims and invoicing
Maintain registers for vehicles, plant equipment, and mobile assets while coordinating travel and event logistics
Act as a key point of contact for program teams and external partners, ensuring professional documentation and reporting
Manage on boarding requirements, oversee PPE inventory, and maintain organisational charts
Requirements:
At least 3 years of administration experience within a medium-to-large commercial organisation
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is essential
experience with JDE, Concur, or similar financial ERP systems is highly regarded
Clear, concise communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across various team levels
A track record of working effectively under general supervision in fast-paced, changing environments
