Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for organisation, communication, and data accuracy. You'll play a key role in supporting large-scale programmes, coordinating project documentation, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of project milestones.

Job Responsibility

  • Collate and analyse large datasets to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Manage communications via shared mailboxes
  • Provide timely updates to programme leads and third-party suppliers
  • Coordinate and distribute project assets and collateral
  • Maintain and update shared resources and documentation libraries
  • Create branded documents and service reports
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take accurate minutes
  • Attend and contribute to project meetings
  • Support wider administrative tasks as directed

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
