Job Description:

As a Project Admin, you will provide administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth project execution. Your responsibilities include maintaining records, assisting with documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance. The role also involves monitoring and keeping records of foreign worker attendance and related issues, while supporting procurement, finance, and stakeholder communication.

Job Responsibility:

Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, reports, and correspondence
Supporting project managers in tracking progress, schedules, and deliverables
Preparing and compiling project reports, status updates, and other relevant documents
Monitoring and keeping records of foreign worker attendance records and related issues
Acting as a point of contact for project-related inquiries from internal and external parties.

Requirements:

Educational Level: SPM and above
Profession: Business management, administration related
Work Experience: Fresh graduate or more than 1 year administrative experience
Knowledge/Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in a team, and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Multilingual candidate will be prioritised.
