Job Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Project Accounting Coordinator to support a fast-paced project team. This role blends accounting support, data management, and operational coordination to help ensure accurate financial tracking and smooth project execution.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain and manage project financial records, including data entry, reporting, and organization of key documentation across multiple systems
  • Support accounting processes such as payroll input, cost tracking, job cost coding, and client billing reconciliation
  • prepare regular cost and budget reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support project operations, including scheduling, contract documentation, and responding to billing-related inquiries

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of construction accounting principles, including job cost tracking and billing support
  • Ability to process payroll-related data accurately, including review of approved timesheets
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple documents, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced project setting
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
