Job Responsibility:
Assist with job costing and project expense tracking
Support invoicing, billing, and accounts payable processes
Maintain project financial records and documentation
Help track budgets and monitor project costs
Coordinate with project managers and vendors
Support contract documentation and filing
Assist with reporting and administrative tasks
Ensure organization across project files and systems
Requirements:
1–3 years of accounting, admin, or construction-related experience
Familiarity with job costing or project-based work is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office tools
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
Strong communication and attention to detail
