Job Description:

Join our growing construction firm as a Project Accountant. Hands-on role in project accounting, ensuring GAAP-compliant books, WIP tracking, budgets, invoicing, reconciliations, AP/AR, fixed assets, & financial reporting.

Job Responsibility:

Manage construction project budgets, cash flow, & closeouts
Reconcile Smart Sheet to financial systems (Dynamics 365 pref.)
Support monthly closes, audits, & process improvements
Collaborate with PM/Dev teams for timely stakeholder reports
Hands-on role in project accounting, ensuring GAAP-compliant books, WIP tracking, budgets, invoicing, reconciliations, AP/AR, fixed assets, & financial reporting

Requirements:

2-5+ yrs project accounting exp. (Construction/Job Cost req.)
Finance/Accounting degree pref.
Excel expert
GAAP knowledge
Strong communicator & team player
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field
