Job Responsibility

  • Process progress and final billings for construction jobs
  • Set up new jobs, budgets, labor rates, and related data in Spectrum
  • Review and update project reports, including CSRs and Overview Reports
  • Partner closely with Project Managers, accounting, and leadership
  • Assist with contractor tax statements and audit support as needed

Requirements

  • 2+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a similar role
  • Construction billing and collections experience preferred
  • Knowledge of sales and use tax is a plus
  • Strong skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
  • A high level of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality
