Job Description:

Lana Funkhouser with Robert Half is partnering with a growing company to find a Project Accountant with experience in construction or project-based accounting. This role supports financial tracking, reporting, and compliance across active projects.

Job Responsibility:

Track budgets, costs, and billing for multiple projects
Collaborate with project managers on financial reporting
Manage invoicing, WIP schedules, and job costing
Support month-end close and audit prep

Requirements:

3+ years of project accounting experience (construction preferred)
Strong understanding of job costing and contract billing
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Viewpoint, Procore)
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
