Project - Site Manager

• Staff and subcontractor supervision: Manage and coordinate the work of various teams, including hiring, assigning duties, and conducting performance reviews.
• Health and safety: Conduct regular safety inspections, enforce safety regulations, and implement measures to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
• Resource and material management: Select, order, and manage the use of tools and materials, and ensure their timely delivery.
• Quality control: Monitor progress and quality to ensure work meets agreed-upon standards and specifications.
• Liaising and communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other professionals, and prepare regular progress reports.
• Problem-solving: Troubleshoot any issues that arise on site and find solutions to keep the project on track.
• Project management: Plan and oversee the project from start to finish, ensuring it meets client specifications, budgets, and timelines.
