Job Description

Here at Williams, our Vehicle Progress Chasers play a vital role in ensuring every vehicle is prepared, presented and ready for sale to the high standards our customers expect. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role at the centre of the used vehicle preparation process, coordinating activity across departments and keeping everything moving efficiently.

Job Responsibility

Inspecting vehicle deliveries and reporting any issues
Coordinating vehicle preparation, including checks, repairs and valeting
Monitoring progress and liaising with the Service Manager to track completion timelines
Ensuring all vehicles meet required standards before release
Managing vehicle movement and ensuring secure storage
Ensuring documentation is completed and routed correctly across departments
Supporting the upload and readiness of vehicles for sale within required timeframes
Maintaining a clean, organised and professional working environment

Requirements

Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
A proactive, solutions‑focused approach
Good communication skills and ability to liaise across departments
A team‑focused, professional attitude
A full UK driving licence
