Job Description:

Are you an experienced Educational Manager ready to lead a small (but growing) cluster of Outside School Hours Care services in South Australia?

Job Responsibility:

Lead, manage and train a cluster of OSHC teams
Completing daily visits to centres and regular educator training sessions forms an important part of this leadership role

Requirements:

Past people management experience in childcare is a strong advantage
Demonstrated area management or remote team management experience is favourable
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain excellent relationships internally and externally
Proven past success in management in any sector with the ability to demonstrate measurable outcomes
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential
Current SA Working with Children's Check, First Aid HLTAID012, and Child Protection Training or willing to obtain
Current driver's license and own car (travel allowance provided)
Completed a Diploma or above in Child Care, Education, Community Services, or equivalent
