Our Global Markets Business Operations team is growing. Our goal is to accelerate growth in our 14 managed countries and support the development of local country plans across different functions. We are working closely with marketing, growth marketing, product, comms, supply, policy teams at both central and local level to streamline operations and drive impact for the countries locally.
Job Responsibility:
Build and orchestrate our demand levers operations for the global markets teams (14 countries)
Partner with growth marketing teams, supply and product to pilot and scale new local demand levers on guest incentives, host funded promotion, merchandising, engagement CRM, and local partnerships
Partner with central marketing operations and creative teams to support the local implementation, measurement, and scale of the new local marketing approach deployed in 14 countries in 2026
Support the development of annual country plans and central Global Markets strategy, including exec presentations
Track implementation and impact of current playbook of levers
Identify new opportunities for developing or adapting levers in a country (e.g. Brazil, France), and develop a plan for it
Understand how central growth marketing, marketing, product plans can benefit local countries and what is the path to build levers
Look at business performance by country, and overall tracking of country plans or global markets OKR
Requirements:
12+ years in scaling business through demand, business operations and supply
Ability to prioritize quickly and go deep on execution of new initiatives
Analytics behaviors from running the analysis to proposing path for implementation
Leadership and ability to influence other stakeholders
