Programming & Merchandising Supervisor

• Coordinate and execute operational delivery (content planning, scheduling, and merchandising)
• Contribute tactically to local content strategy
• Build and maintain content grids (platform wireframes) for the Benelux Disney+ service
• Ensure the quality and validation of content presentation
• Collaborate with team members on content briefings, stakeholder communications, and project kick-offs
• Analyze viewing behavior data and content performance
• Maintain and optimize overview of upcoming content releases and platform activities
• Implement title prioritization, plan editorial events or collections tailored to the local market
• Act as local subject-matter experts on content programming and merchandising for Benelux
• Drive process improvements and share best practices

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience (in a similar role is a plus)
• Experience in content programming, scheduling, or merchandising
• Strong proficiency with digital tools and content management systems (e.g., Excel, Powerpoint, Airtable, Whats’ON)
• Proficiency in analyzing viewing data/consumption trends and using insights to inform editorial decision making
• Familiarity with Benelux (streaming) market and local (content) trends
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and as a team player
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and adapt to changing business demands at short notice
• Effective communicator
• Professional fluency in English and Dutch
