Programmer Analyst

• Analyze and modernize legacy applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and maintainable solutions
• Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
• Integrate modern frameworks and tools to enhance application performance
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement

• Strong experience with PHP
• Familiarity with legacy codebases and modernization strategies
• Experience with MySQL, REST APIs, and version control (Git)
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• a Master's degree is preferred
• Proven experience in developing end-to-end web applications and database solutions
• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, Microsoft Access, and Excel VBA
• Familiarity with modern web technologies including JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, Bootstrap, and CSS3
• Ability to write efficient and complex database queries and stored procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities
• Capability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders, building trusted relationships

Knowledge of modern PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, etc.) is a plus
