Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Programmer Analyst to join our team in Frisco, Texas. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain software applications to meet organizational objectives while ensuring optimal performance and compliance. Job Responsibility:

  • Design, develop, and implement software applications tailored to organizational needs
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing applications to enhance functionality and efficiency
  • Analyze user requirements and convert them into detailed technical specifications
  • Ensure applications align with corporate standards for security, reliability, and performance
  • Write, test, and debug code using appropriate programming languages and tools
  • Document workflows, processes, and technical specifications for future reference
  • Assist with system integration, data migration, and software implementation projects
  • Monitor application performance and conduct system audits to ensure smooth operation
  • Provide technical support to users and resolve application-related issues efficiently

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in application support and software development
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript and Python
  • Familiarity with scripting languages and tools
  • Experience working with Zoho or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical skills to translate user requirements into technical solutions
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively
  • Knowledge of data security practices and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
