Job Description

Create & maintain Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings; Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce to support applications; Application development, including basic Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components; Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience; Identify unused or underutilized platform features; Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders; Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer; DevOps/release management experience; Assisting with requirements gathering, design and development; Creating test cases or test scripts for unit testing; Performing production support for IT systems; Leading focused discussions on technical topics; Leading & guiding junior developers; Reading/Creating technical system documents; Communicating and collaborating within different sections of IT and business area; Additional duties as assigned.
