Job Responsibility

Deliveries to adhere to 'PEXA's UK Change Framework’
Support the streamlining and standardisation of the methodology and artefacts, to instil speed, clarity of value and continuous improvement
Assist with business case creation, engaging and attaining buy in from key stakeholders, to understand their objectives, drivers and requirements
Ensure any change is aligned to our PEXA UK strategic direction, with an aim of avoiding any future debt or re-work
Ensure requirements are aligned to business case benefits
Set, own, monitor and measure the critical success measures throughout the project, to ensure benefits can be realised and success celebrated
Ensure all elements of a project plan are delivered on time and to a high standard, and that objectives and outcomes are met.
Create and deliver regular communications and reporting, to the right audience at the right times
Manage ‘Business Readiness’ plans, deliveries and engagements as appropriate
Work with the UK Support Team for training, knowledge, policy, process and procedures to ensure alignment and continuous improvement across the department and wider team

Requirements

Proven experience in a Programme Manager or Senior Programme Manager role within a large infrastructure, construction, or public sector environment
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across complex, high-value programmes
Relevant industry qualifications such as MSP, PRINCE2, or APM PMQ
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence at a senior level
A strategic mindset with a focus on outcomes, performance, and delivery excellence
Degree qualified in a relevant field (e.g. Project Management, Engineering, or Construction Management)

Requirements

Engineering/Programme Management degree
Proven experience in project management or product development, ideally within an automotive environment
Familiar with industry-standard project delivery processes
Proficient in MS Project
Experience with IFS or similar MRP tools
Strong organisational and time management skills

Job Responsibility

Maintain accurate, resourced, and costed project plans to support programme milestones
Monitor programme costs, forecast future spend, and collaborate with all functions to meet cost targets
Maintain live deliverable status versus targets and proactively highlight deviations
Own the Bill of Materials lifecycle, from initial setup through refinement and into production
Coordinate timely component releases and track KPIs to ensure readiness for all build phases
Ensure programme data repositories (e.g. SharePoint) are structured, current, and accessible
Prepare and maintain accurate reports and dashboards to enable robust decision-making
Provide clear, consistent communication to internal teams and external suppliers
Support invoicing and scope change processes, ensuring compliance with client and internal requirements
Facilitate meetings, manage action items, and ensure alignment across departments
