As a Programme Manager in the Customer Delivery function, you will lead complex, multi-workstream customer programmes from inception through to successful business outcome delivery within time, cost, quality, regulatory, and contractual boundaries. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping deals, governing delivery, and managing the full programme lifecycle combining technical expertise with strategic consulting and customer partnership. This role is pivotal in shaping solutions that meet customer needs while driving business growth in highly agile environments. You will ensure vendor deliverables meet contractual terms and integrate effectively into the wider programme. Additionally, you will be involved at the inception of a customer engagement, deal shaping customer requirements into viable delivery models, resource plans, cost models and influencing the commercial constructs.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Oversee delivery during build phases, ensuring technical integrity and operational readiness
Business Carve-Out Expertise/ Exit & Transition Management
Prince Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Practitioner or equivalent
Experience setting up & delivering large programmes in consulting, professional services, or telecoms/technology environments
Strong experience operating in regulated sectors with understanding of audit, assurance, compliance and risk controls
Experience of delivering large transition & transformational programmes, understanding the operational impacts of bringing a large complex customer into the organisation and maintaining service continuity
Proven experience of coaching, mentoring and performance management for project managers, business analysts and technical leads
Performance Management of third-party suppliers and technology partners within a programme portfolio
Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive an effective project team, as well as demonstrable expertise in stakeholder partner management
