Requirements
Requirements
  • A track record delivering complex technology and business-application programmes in a SaaS environment
  • Evidence of delivering under genuine ambiguity and changing scope, not only executing a fixed plan
  • Strong management of dependencies and trade-offs across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Senior, cross-functional stakeholder management: holding leaders and business owners to commitments while keeping them on side
  • Excellent organisation and information sharing: clear written communication, status leadership trusts, disciplined risk and dependency tracking
  • A proactive operating style balanced with the judgement to protect sequencing rather than over-execute
Job Responsibility
Job Responsibility
  • You will own delivery across the programme’s workstreams and the wider change portfolio, spanning two priorities: Fix the foundations and Make Fourth AI-native
  • Turn an evolving blueprint and shifting priorities into credible plans, sequencing, and measurable outcomes, adjusting as scope moves
  • Manage dependencies and trade-offs across engineering, data, product, and business functions, and make the hard calls on what comes first and what waits
  • Drive delivery proactively: anticipate blockers, force decisions, and chase the work, while resisting pressure to pull teams into tactical delivery before the plan is set
  • Run a lightweight operating rhythm (planning, steering, reporting) that leadership relies on and teams engage with
  • Keep information flowing both ways: decision-ready status and honest risk for senior stakeholders, clear context for delivery teams, no surprises
  • Hold senior leaders and cross-functional owners to the commitments they own, and escalate with judgement
