Job Description

We are seeking a Programme Delivery Lead to join our Technology team within the VOIS Romania PM Department. This role is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex, interconnected projects across international teams, ensuring alignment with programme goals and strategic objectives. The individual will work in a matrix environment, collaborating with Group Technology and global operating companies to drive transformation and service improvement.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the planning, organisation, and execution of programme activities to meet defined objectives
  • Develop and manage detailed work plans and schedules, identifying dependencies and allocating resources effectively
  • Monitor progress across programmes and associated projects, implementing adjustments to ensure successful outcomes
  • Uphold project management governance standards and apply best practices across all delivery phases
  • Provide accurate reporting on progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
  • Engage and manage internal matrix teams and external third-party stakeholders to ensure collaborative delivery

Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivering programmes on time, within budget, and to specification
  • Skilled in managing multiple, complex projects across the full lifecycle of product development
  • Adept at working in international matrix environments with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communicator with excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Experienced in people management, resource planning, and conflict resolution
  • Familiar with transformation initiatives and committed to continuous service improvement
  • Certified in Prince2, PMP, Agile or SAFe methodologies
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure components and their interdependencies

  • Implement effective conflict resolution while managing programme priorities
  • Manage programme Non-Recurring Cost (NRC) payments upon completion of programme milestones and also Recurring Cost (RC) budgets
  • Be able to react to emergent issues and risks with a solution-based approach, using the escalation process when needed
  • Work to internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), helping the business meet its strategic goals
