Programme manager

• Strategize, coordinate, and lead programmes and services in alignment with organizational objectives
• Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of all programmes and services, monitoring outcomes and using data for improvement
• Lead the development and launch of new organization programs and evaluate existing ones to improve their effectiveness and social value
• Manage programme budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with stakeholders, and identify new funding and partnership opportunities
• Support and participate in organizational events and outreach activities

• Bachelor's degree holder or above, preferably in Social Science, Public Health, Social Work, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in programme development and management, i.e. grant writing
• Knowledge of social welfare matters in Hong Kong, i.e mental health, drug abuse, ethnic minority dynamics
• Strong passion in community affairs and charities work
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Less experience would be considered as 'Assistant Manager/ Senior Officer'
