Programme Manager - Perm - Competitive Salary DOE + Bonus - Hybrid (2 days p/w in Leeds). Morson Edge have partnered with a leading Financial Services organisation to recruit a Programme Manager to lead and deliver complex technical projects from initiation through to completion. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical and analytical capabilities, including system and business analysis, with experience in complex software, data, and database concepts. This role requires confident leadership skills to manage budgets, resources, timelines, risks, and dependencies to agreed standards. The Programme Manager will work closely with multiple stakeholders, including operational leaders, technical subject matter experts, and third-party vendors or suppliers, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the programme. The ability to make timely decisions and resolve technical issues is essential to maintain momentum and focus on delivery. Experience in contact centre technologies and/or AI or engineering transformation programmes is essential.
Job Responsibility
Lead and deliver complex technical projects from initiation through to completion
Manage budgets, resources, timelines, risks, and dependencies to agreed standards
Work closely with multiple stakeholders including operational leaders, technical subject matter experts, and third-party vendors or suppliers
Ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the programme

Requirements
Proven experience delivering complex technical projects end-to-end across full project lifecycle
Strong technical and analytical capability, including system/business analysis
Experience with complex software, data, and database concepts
Confident project leadership and people management skills
Budget, resource, timeline, risk, and dependency management
Stakeholder management across operational leaders, technical SMEs, and third-party vendors
Ability to make timely decisions and resolve technical issues
Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Knowledge of contact centre technologies and/or AI or engineering transformation programmes
