A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a high-profile Retirements Transformation Programme. This is a major, multi-workstream technology and data-driven initiative focused on building a greenfield retirements product, making this an exciting opportunity to drive strategic change from the ground up.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and deliver complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership engagement
  • Drive programme governance, including steering committees and supplier management
  • Ensure delivery alignment to strategic goals and regulatory requirements
  • Provide leadership to matrixed teams and programme resources

Requirements

  • Previous experience within Retirements/Pensions
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes
  • Strong background in data-driven and technology-focused change

  • Leadership capability across matrix or direct teams
  • Familiarity with PMO frameworks and methodologies (Prince2, Agile, Scrum)
