We support the capital plan, work closely with delivery teams, and make sure there's clear visibility of progress across every project in the portfolio. We now have an exciting fixed‑term opportunity to help deliver some major changes that support our Property Strategy. Reporting to the PMO Manager and working closely with PMO colleagues, you'll play a key role in the store interventions programme. • Managing change control, version control and digital document organisation
  • Acting as the “eyes and ears” of the programme team, providing assurance for senior stakeholders
  • Encouraging collaboration across all teams involved in delivery
  • Influencing and guiding others to achieve shared objectives

  • Hands‑on experience working on or managing programmes or projects
  • Clear, confident communication and the ability to set expectations across cross‑functional teams
  • A diligent, organised approach and familiarity with programme management tools and disciplines
  • Solid IT skills, especially in SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and Word (use of formulas to manage data in spreadsheets essential and an understanding of macros advantageous)
  • Programme management qualifications (APM or MSP) helpful but not essential

Nice to have:
