Job Description

My financial services client is looking for a hands-on Programme Manager / Delivery Lead to lead a critical initiative within their Information Security function. This is a high-impact role with strong executive visibility, focused on regaining control of delivery pace, cost, and execution ahead of key security deadlines in 2026. You’ll take ownership of a complex programme, aligning previously siloed delivery streams into a value-driven model that improves accountability, prioritisation, and delivery predictability. Working closely with the CTO & CISO, you’ll lead from the front – challenging plans, navigating stakeholder complexity, and driving outcomes at pace.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead a critical initiative within their Information Security function

Requirements

  • Proven project/programme leadership experience in financial services or insurance (essential)
  • Strong track record delivering large-scale information security, cyber or related initiatives

  • Expertise in value-driven delivery, prioritisation, and cost control
  • Confident stakeholder leader, able to influence across business and technology
