Job Description

We are seeking a Programme Management Specialist to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-market programmes within VOIS. This role focuses on structured programme governance, detailed planning, and disciplined execution to ensure delivery against agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality. The individual will manage multiple concurrent programmes, work closely with strategic partners, and engage senior stakeholders across diverse cultural and functional environments.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate and oversee programme delivery activities, ensuring key milestones are achieved across all involved teams and organisations
  • Apply and maintain programme and project management methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks
  • Develop and manage detailed plans covering timelines, resources, dependencies, and budgets
  • Partner closely with strategic alliance partners to ensure effective programme execution
  • Lead and facilitate operational and strategic programme review boards
  • Provide regular, transparent programme status reporting to sponsors and stakeholders, highlighting risks, issues, actions, dependencies, and change impacts
  • Proactively manage programme risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the governance lifecycle
  • Ensure a structured and effective handover to operational teams at programme closure
  • Conduct lessons learned sessions and ensure insights are captured and shared to support continuous improvement
  • Ensure all programme documentation meets required standards and contractual obligations

Requirements

  • An experienced programme or project management professional with a strong track record of delivering large, complex, inter-company initiatives
  • Comfortable operating in a B2B environment and engaging stakeholders at senior and executive levels
  • Highly skilled in stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration across multicultural and cross-functional teams
  • Confident in managing resources that may sit outside direct reporting lines
  • Analytically minded, with a continuous improvement mindset and strong commercial awareness
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats
  • Experienced with project and programme management tools such as Microsoft Project, Confluence, JIRA, and Miro
  • Professionally qualified in PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP, with MSP and Agile qualifications considered an advantage
