Job Description:

IKEA Social Entrepreneurship is looking for a programme management intern to support the planning and coordination of programme activities that makes a difference. You will spend 6 months working at IKEA Social Entrepreneurship learning how we support social enterprises to create a more inclusive and equal society. Our work is a collaboration between us, civil society organisations and social entrepreneurs.

Job Responsibility:

Support with overall programme management including planning, coordination of activities and communications
Support in the work of mapping of potential (new) markets and sectors, and stakeholders and potential partners
Research on programme relevant topics and themes including social context analysis, different business and impact models of social enterprises
Participate in team meetings as well as programme and partner meetings
Provide administrative support for the team and programmes (notetaking, file management, reporting, presentations)
Support with other research and analysis related tasks and activities

Requirements:

Able to multi-task and manage several programmes and processes at the same time
Able to structure, organize and prioritize
Experience of effective and inclusive project/programme management
Learning mindset and not afraid to ask questions
Excellent interpersonal skills, sensitive to and understanding different cultural perspectives
Collaborative approach, works well with others to develop and implement solutions
Excellent command of the English language, speaking, reading and writing
