Job Responsibility

Take direct accountability for successful execution of major customer programmes from bid to completion
Build governance frameworks and control mechanisms/cadences for all customer programmes and associated programme teams
Using all STI functional resources set goals for and achieve targets for all programme related cost, schedule and delivery controls

Requirements

Support the Client with the execution and management of their Strategic Objectives and Initiatives as part of the programme for your territory coverage
Lead the programme of work and act as the single point of contact for programme delivery, progress, performance, risks and issues for the Client and all stakeholders
Oversee the drafting of Project Work Orders by your team, under the Client Master Services Agreement, including peer review and approval prior to submission to the Client

Requirements

Construction related degree (e.g. Project Management, Construction Management, Design, Engineering, etc) or equivalent
Professional accreditations and associations such as PMI, MSP, HKIS, RICS, CIOB, etc (preferred)
A minimum of 10 years’ experience of construction, project management and programme management related experience
Have worked on building projects / programmes, including mechanical plant & equipment, BMS, security systems, fire services, plumbing & drainage & electrical installations and replacement works from their vision and blueprint to successful completion and realisation of benefits
