Our client is looking to hire a Programme Advisor who will support the effective delivery of the Programme by helping to translate strategy into actionable plans, coordinating work across multiple workstreams, and contributing to high-quality outcomes that advance equity and excellence. This is a Wellington based contract role through to 30 September 2026.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience supporting large, complex programmes in the public sector
  • Demonstrated experience in programme governance, delivery management, and risk management
  • Experience working with senior executives, governance boards, and providing transparent, clear and trusted advice
  • A collaborative, delivery‐focused style, with the ability to work through complexity, ambiguity, and change
  • A strong people‐centred approach, with a track record of supporting teams
  • An understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and experience working in partnership with Māori to deliver equitable outcomes
  • Bachelor Degree
