Job Description:

This role executes Programmatic campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging expertise in programmatic media trading to drive campaign performance and efficiency. You'll develop and implement campaign strategies, optimize performance through data-driven insights, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns. With a focus on delivering high-quality results, you'll apply best practices and stay up-to-date on industry developments to continuously improve campaign performance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute Programmatic Buys within DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD), and Vistar, applying trading skills and technical expertise to optimize campaign performance for Performance campaigns
  • Develop and implement segmentation and optimization strategies to drive campaign efficiency and effectiveness, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decisions
  • Utilize trading-related technologies, including DSPs and 3rd Party API social media bid management platforms, to support campaign goals and objectives
  • Deliver accurate and timely reports, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders to improve campaign performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with client goals
  • Apply best practices in programmatic media trading, analytics, and data-driven storytelling across teams, championing digital marketing measurement and attribution
  • Support stakeholders in interpreting campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive business outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and sharing knowledge and insights with the broader team to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive client success, providing expertise and support to deliver exceptional results

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in digital media, Ad Tech, Agency or Independent Trading Desk environment
  • Hands-on experience with DSPs such as DV360, TTD, and Vistar (or similar DOOH platforms)
  • Understanding of Programmatic channels, including Display, Video, Audio, Native, and DOOH
  • Experience in managing client campaigns, with a focus on learning and growth
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic Excel skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience with retail, entertainment, or ticketing verticals
  • CM360 and Ad Ops experience
  • Exposure to CDP/DMP and CRM-data integration with media platforms
