We’re looking for a Programmatic Tech Lead to own the strategic direction of Programmatic UA across SciPlay’s mobile games portfolio. You’ll be the strategic owner of the programmatic channel, defining how Programmatic scales through testing, automation, data, and new opportunities.
Job Responsibility:
Own the vision, roadmap, and KPIs for Programmatic UA
Design and lead experimentation across inventory, formats, bidding, and audiences
Act as the go-to expert on DSPs, SDKs, measurement, and industry trends
Partner with Creative, UA, BI, AdTech, and Game teams to drive impact
Build playbooks, dashboards, and automation that scale performance
Lead vendor relationships and innovation-focused business reviews
Lead the research for new market and business opportunities
Requirements:
3+ years experience in Programmatic mobile UA / Mobile Performance Marketing
Strong understanding of DSPs, SDK networks, auctions, attribution, and post-install economics
Strategic, data-driven mindset — comfortable influencing without authority
Clear communicator who turns complexity into actionable insight
