The Programmatic Supervisor leads the strategy, execution, and optimization of programmatic media campaigns across clients on DV360 and The Trade Desk. This role requires deep platform expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive performance. You will oversee campaign architecture from planning through reporting, mentor a junior team member, and serve as a key subject matter expert for programmatic across the agency and with clients. Hands-on keyboard execution is required as this is a working supervisor role. Expertise in DV360, YouTube and The Trade Desk is critical for success.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the development of programmatic strategies and tactics across channels to deliver on client goals
Partner with Planning and Business Intelligence teams to develop RTB and premium programmatic (PMP / PG / PD) strategies
Conduct strategic audits of account structure, inventory access, bidding methodology, and audience frameworks to drive continuous improvement
Identify opportunities for innovation across data, inventory, measurement, and optimization approaches
Own hands-on campaign builds, QA, pacing, and optimization within DV360 and The Trade Desk
Implement advanced bidding strategies, audience layering, frequency controls, and budget allocation tactics
