This role is built for a detail-driven, data-minded marketer who loves digging into platforms, testing hypotheses, and improving performance. You’ll work closely with strategy, analytics, and creative partners to bring smart, effective programmatic campaigns to life.
Job Responsibility:
Execute, manage, and optimize omnichannel programmatic campaigns, primarily within The Trade Desk
Support Media Strategy with audience forecasting, CPM estimates, targeting approaches, inventory availability, and channel recommendations
Ensure accurate campaign setup, trafficking, and execution across all in-platform buys
Partner with Ad Ops and Analytics to evaluate performance, pull insights, and recommend optimizations
Champion ongoing A/B testing across audiences, creative, formats, and tactics to improve results
Monitor daily pacing to ensure campaigns deliver in line with approved budgets
Flag potential over-delivery or under-delivery early and collaborate on solutions
Work with Creative teams to recommend the appropriate number and types of creative assets by channel and tactic
Collaborate closely with Media Strategy, Ad Ops, Analytics, Paid Social, and Creative teams to ensure alignment and campaign success
Stay current on programmatic trends, platform updates, new ad formats, and emerging best practices

Requirements:
3–5 years of experience managing programmatic campaigns
agency experience preferred
Hands-on experience with The Trade Desk required
experience with other DSPs a plus
Familiarity with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Looker Studio
Working knowledge of conversion tracking and Google Tag Manager preferred
Exposure to YouTube, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and Google Display Network a plus
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and comfort working in-platform
A test-and-learn mindset and eagerness to grow across channels
