When you join the Acast Sales team, you’re stepping into the heart of the podcast economy, and will play a vital role in connecting brands with the creators they love. We are seeking a Programmatic Sales Executive to join our US team. You will be responsible for building and managing a programmatic book of business, and will work collaboratively in order to drive and protect revenue. You will act as the crucial bridge between Acast podcasts, brands, and programmatic buying teams. You will own the sales cycle for programmatic campaigns, and provide subject matter expertise to evangelize the programmatic channel.
Job Responsibility:
Own the programmatic revenue target for your book of business and deploy a sales strategy to deliver and exceed this
Grow programmatic advertising revenues by creating, maintaining, and sustaining relationships with clients, agencies, their trading desks, independent trading desks, DSPs and in-house trading teams directly
Work collaboratively with sales, account management, and AdOps to support our partner needs
Articulate and differentiate Acast’s programmatic offering in the marketplace
Demonstrate a highly consultative approach designed to educate and inspire internal and external partners to use Acast’s programmatic advertising solutions
Identify strategic partnership opportunities and drive programmatic business development
Articulate, quantify, and prioritize market feedback and clients needs to help inform the automation innovation strategy and product roadmap
Requirements:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in digital advertising sales or account management
Relationships at buying agencies, trading desks, DSPs, and client-side teams
Familiar with scaling, and troubleshooting programmatic revenue across private, preferred, and guaranteed marketplaces
Possess an in-depth understanding of the programmatic landscape, DSP/SSP, ad-serving & measurement technologies
& understand how to articulate the benefits and nuances of programmatic buying in market
Ability to evangelize and educate the programmatic channel across internal teams
Balance autonomy with and collaboration
you like working as part of a diverse, global team and liaising with multiple stakeholders but are also a driven self-starter who can operate effectively with a high degree of independence
You are an effective communicator, exceed by collaborating with internal and external partners, and are excited to immediately make an impact on a fast growing business
Nice to have:
Knowledge of audio/podcast-specific processes and technology is a plus
Hands on keyboard buy side / sell side experience is a plus
